According to our customer’s demands such as cost, specification, raw material characteristics, etc. We propose Heat treatment process for optimal product development with a view with mass production.

Continuous Vertical Graphitization Furnace

The business market with graphitization of anode materials for lithium ion batteries is changing dramatically, and issues such as consideration for the environment and resources, lower costs, and shorter delivery times are concerned. In particular, since graphitization process consumes a large amount of energy, reducing energy consumption is an important issue. Utilizing our long experience in vertical furnace operation and graphitization technology, we have developed a continuous vertical graphitization Furnace. Since 2016, we have started commercialization of graphitization of anode materials for lithium ion batteries. The continuous vertical graphitization furnace has solved the problems of the conventional batch type of graphitization process, and has achieved energy saving, high efficiency and resource saving of the process. Continuous vertical graphitization furnaces have excellent graphitization stability and uniformity, and have been highly evaluated by many customers.
