Nikkei Connectable Road Mats
Nikkei connectable aluminium road mats utilize high-strength aluminium alloys and advanced processing techniques. We propose this new, revamped version of our existing product that is even more robust, simple, lightweight, and easy to handle thanks to the development of new techniques.
Functionality
- (1) Connectable type
Tools are unnecessary due to the adoption of a fitting mechanism. - (2) Flap-prevention hooks that double as handles
Hook parts also serve as handles, and feature an interlocking design that minimizes accidental disconnection and flapping. - (3) Misalignment-prevention measure
The adoption of sliding angles allows you to perform adjustment according to excavation width.
Features
- (1) Ultra-lightweight
Lightweight at 21 kg/mat (type 1900), these mats can be laid out and removed quickly.
You can connect as many of these mats as you like, according to your purpose. - (2) Robust due to aluminium alloy
These mats are optimal for work in narrow spaces that heavy machinery cannot enter, or work completed over a short period.
These mats support total vehicle weights of up to 8 tons. (Each mat can withstand a load of 2.5 tons.)
