To reduce the noise made by carts on board bullet trains and limited-express trains, we have manufactured cart covers by employing wide shapes and superior joining techniques.
FSW joining technique
FSW (friction stir welding) uses friction heat from a probe to soften aluminium, and joins parts by using stirring-induced plastic flow. This technique allows products to be provided that are resistant to thermal effects and deformation.
